Our Payment Policy
We’re committed to providing exceptional care and transparent communication—including when it comes to finances. Payment is due at the time of your pet’s visit, and we offer multiple convenient options including major credit cards, Apple Pay, and CareCredit®. For some treatments or overnight stays, a deposit may be required. If you have questions about costs or insurance documentation, we’re happy to help.

CareCredit lets you say “yes” to recommended treatment for your pet immediately, and pay for it in convenient monthly payments that fit your budget.
With CareCredit, you can use your card for all of your pet’s follow-up care as well as annual exams and vaccines.
